I have 3 children which my ex partne who has stopped me from seeing my children . I currently pay £515 per month for the morgage for the house they live in which is a house that my ex chose and i bought due to her being unable to gain credit, I have paid this morgage for the last 5 years . I have currently been contacted by the CSA who have asked my to pay a further £114 per week , i explained that i already pay £515 per month and could not afford any more. They insisted i pay the £114 is this right ? do i have to pay both ?

Is the mortgage plus the money the CSA are asking for equivalent to 25% of your takehome pay? If so, then you do need to pay the money. Otherwise, have they said how they have the calculated the £114?
