i have just recieved a letter saying baliffs will be coming to remove goods from my property for outstsanding csa payments , a judgement was apparently made in 2010. i did have a dispute with the csa over monies owed and requested they gave me the calculations that they had based their figures on. they would not provide me with these figures as they did not know them. what are my choices?
i see my children at least every 2 weeks and spend all my spare time and money ensuring they have all they need emotionally. i am now at a point where i feel like just giving up . i can not afford to give the csa any money as if i do i will have nothing left to spend time with my kids. i have allready been under the doctor for deppression and thawt i was over all that. now i feel as hopeless as before .
please help

I will ask the CMO to pop on (will be next week now I'm afraid).

Are you paying the CSA anything at all at the moment for maintenance, and are you working at all?

Have they said when the bailiffs are coming?

Hi,
I'm Sarah the Child Maintenance Options consultant. I’m sorry but we can't look into individual cases here. If you would like to contact the CSA then I am sure they will be happy to look into your case. You can find contact details on any letter the CSA have sent to you. Or, you can find the right number here: https://www2.dwp.gov.uk/csa/v2/en/contact/index.asp.

Sarah
