My wife and I split this past January after 5 years of bliss before we moved
From the US to her native UK. In january She claimed I pushed her and I wound
Up pleading guilty to common assault. While bailed on common assault I put
Her favorite flowers on her car and spoke to her while she was in the park with
Our 6 month old son. Despite no history if violence I was given 90 days.
Since I was on a spouse visa and for other silly reasons, namely uk
Immigration being bullies, I was removed back to America. I am appealing
The removal on the grounds that my human rights were violated because
My son lives in the uk. Despite the fact that his mom has every conceivable
Injunction out against me, I am filing a contact order in the uk from abroad
My wife is trying to cut me out of my sons life. Won't even send me a
Picture. Is all lost? I should state she told the police I am a good
Dad so I have that going for me, but she was instrumental in getting
Me kicked out of the country.

I really miss my son. What can I do.

Wow what a sad story and I really hope you get it sorted soon.

I am sure you have instructed a solicitor to act on your behalf and I am not sure if the fact that you are a "foreigner" has a negative affect on English Law.

It may be worth contacting the Childrens Legal Team to see what advice they can give

I wish you luck
