Hi, after posting a very lengthy forum post, unfortunately it was removed and i have no idea why, which is why i am now writting to ask for advice..
My son was born 1 month ago, and we sadly split up a week after. We are not married. I started seeing him everyday until we started arguing, and the arguements got really bad, her family got involved, the police got involved (due to her family) etc.. I am not currently working, and i was told she went and signed the birth certificate without my knowledge, so i am not currently on there, although i want to be. If i take this situation to a solicitor, is it likely i will be able to see my child, once a week (by myself??) without having to go to her house and argue infront of him? Please help.
