Hi
you can apply through the courts for a pr order it cost £200 its a very easy form to fill in, its a c1.
If you could get her to agree you can do this between you, and take a p r form to the court together to get signed then you can be put on the birth certificate. I dont think this costs anything, but if she wont do it, dont waste time by hoping she will change, go to court, or try mediation
My son has just applied for contact and a p r , its often done together , saves time and money, good luck

I wish we had taken her to court 3 years ago. My son was to scared, so he kept believing her promises and when she kept moving the goal posts they rowed and she stopped contact, what a powerful tool a child is !
bass why are you waiting for legal aid, is it to complicated to do yourself
