At last, cruel this sounds, but at last I can serve the divorce petition on my wife. She has been arrested and is in prison................in Brazil !!
😡 I feel guilty. I should sympathise. But, My 29 year old relationship will soon be ending 🙂

And she still has joint ownership of our house in wales where I live with the children. oh dear.

That's certainly something I've not come across - you need to speak to a divorce lawyer for this. I'd be looking at getting the rest of the house as part of the divorce settlement - your children need a settled environment to thrive in, and your ex obviously isn't going to provide that. I would ask the courts for any contact that may occur to be be supervised with a prohibited steps order preventing anyone else your ex meets/marries from having contact.
