Hi can anyone help? My ex just rang me at work telling me i had to collect our son from school as he had been sick? This was at 9am She must have put him to school ill, i told her i could not as i was at work, she told me her job is more important than mine, She is a children's social worker, i have my boys 3 nights a week. My problem is that if they are with their mum it is her who has to find someone to collect our boys if they are taken ill at school? Is this the case? Please help 🙁 She tell me i do nothing for the boys and am a useless dad and the boys know it

Hi I can only tell you what I use to do, and that is who ever had them that night was the responsible parent for that day. Kids can get ill quick but at 9am sounds dodgy. Did she say you do nothing for the boys and am a useless dad when you said no, as this was proberbly anger and stress. Maybe sit with her when shes calm and write it down exactly whos responsible. Sometimes its who is ever closest to the school, and whos boss is the most understanding
