This caught my eye. Read the news item at
https://www.dadtalk.co.uk/news/take_your_dad_for_a_walk.php
It offers 30 ways to change the world, number 2 of which is take your Dad for a walk.

Well I'm feeling smug, cos just the other day I met up with my Dad and took him for a walk - it's a good way for the two of us to get time together away from the family. We chat about this and that and the occasional thing of significance, and we get some exercise. Did it change the world? Perhaps not but it was good for us! OK, so he's in his 70s and the original article seems more aimed at kids taking people like me for a walk, but hey!

So how do you get quality time with your Dad and does that help you with your kids?

As part of the news item you can get the 30 suggested actions to change the world. How many do you score? I reckon I could tick about 13 of them
