The scheeming ex parasite wants to take our 3 year old daughter 200 miles away to live with her new partner....can she do this?
Wat action can I implemrnt to prevent this happening?

From the little information you have given, I'm afraid that assuming she stays in England, then as long as she isn't moving with the purpose of preventing contact (and moving to live with a new partner implies that she isn't), then the courts would not prevent her from moving. Can you give some further details?
