[Solved] fighting for access

i am fighting for access of my 6yo daughter.Mother has married and feels no need to have me in my daughters life i have not seen my daughter for roughly 3 years minus a few months last year when ex and hubby split but when they got back together access was stopped again.

i have now started court proceedings against her and have to attend a childwelfare hearing.

anyone know or have any info on this????
