As her father can I bring her home. she probabaly won't want to return although we have recently had e mail contact and things are going quite well. Her half brother and sister live with me with my 2nd wife. my daughter is in a bad place with a bad crowd (drugs) what right s do I have I want her home and safe. she is dj-ing at illegal raves. but I can't prove it.
I have attached the final court orders which have been ignored. the mother refuses to respond to my emails.
please advise me I am worrying myself sick - my daughter is 17 in may

Hi . How is your daughter looking after herself where is she living, is your ex wife going to return to spain and did she apply to be a resident of spain. I would get in touch with the British Embassy in Spain and tell them the situation and ask there advise

To be honest, I don't think you have any legal basis for having her returned, the courts don't normally make orders for beyond the 16th birthday. Your best chance may be to go out to Spain to persuade her to return with you.
