Hello,
This is work related I really do hope someone can help .
Basically I am off work on long term sick due to an industrial illness caused by my current employment . Firstly Management made referral to a mental health service stating I have anxiety issuer with regarding returning to work . I was not consulted nor had I agreed to any referral . Work then sent an occupational therapist out stating that I have emotional issues and that I am suffering anxiety .
I have never been assessed by any medical professional from work, my own doctor is not happy that someone is saying this without any assessment my own doctor is happy to confirm I have never displayed any emotional issues or anxiety issues.
My concern is the referrals have been made without my content, however on the forms it states I gave consent .
What if any legal advice should I take .
Thanks once again Bill
