hellooooo

hopefully someone may be able to help me out , my seven year old daughter has refused to see or speak to me for the past four months , ever since i told my ex about my new partner , we have been split up for three years and everything has been fine until now. is there anything i can do ??

So your daughter hasn't met your new partner?

I think this is probably the mothers doing and she is alienating your child from you. You have the option of going to mediation, but you can also apply for a contact order. A court will have expected you to have tried mediation first, so write to your ex and suggest it as a productive way of resolving this issue.
