[Solved] Access to kids

I am a father of 3 children aged 14, 14 and 11.

Currently the kids are with me two evening a week ( I do the school run and evening meal midweek but not overnight), stay overnight with me every 3rd weekend, two weeks with me in summer hols and an extra night overnight with me over half and end of term.

This all falls below the 104 nights CSA threshold.

1. How do I get the kids to stay with me ( which they also want) more officially? ( amicable with ex over extra nights is NOT an option)

2. I pay way over the odds for maintenance but the kids see little benefit ( not through CSA) and need to bring what I pay inline to what I should pay. It should be pointed out that I am self-employed with Ltd Co.

Really need advice and help

Thanks

If your ex won't play ball you and you have no formal arrangement in place could you not threaten to reduce this unless they stay with you - or put the money aside for them, or even buy them clothes or pay for clubs etc. then you know they are getting the money spent on them.

I am sure some of the other dads will have an opinion - this is just mine!

Good luck
