My son's Mum has recently got married and moved out of the area. She has sent me a list of times, dates when I can see my son with the emphasis on me travelling to her house collecting him and returning him there. She has not offered to drop him off at all. Also now that she is married does this have any bearing on the maintenance I pay her?

If you are not happy with the times and can't agree to a change, then I would look at mediation as a first stage - www.nfm.org.uk

Keep the list of times and any other texts/conversations/emails etc.

Maintenance is based on your pay only, with a few factors such as number of days staying contact that may reduce it. Your ex's marriage has no bearing on what you pay.

Depending on the distance you have to travel and the expense of it the CSA might take that into account when factoring in your monthly payments

I think the CSA take the travel into account if it's more than £15 per week.

But be aware, my monthly payments only changed by £8.
Even though my travel (£70 to £100 per month) and her debts I could prove that she left me to pay £125 per month (the CSA don't take into account credit cards used during marriage)

Yes, it's 15 per week (10 if you are taking home between 100 & 200 per week) and they simply take the cost above 15 off your takehome pay before then calculating the amount you pay, so it does tend to make very little difference. In addition, if you only have contact once per month, the amount is travel costs in excess of 65 per month.
