I have been seperated from my Ex for just over 3 years and we have a 12 year old daughter.

Things have been made dificult to see my daughter as my ex keeps her constantly busy with no time for contact; I havent seen her at all over Christmas and New Year.

I have always been there for my daughter and was paying maintinence way before my ex decided to involve the CSA.

Unfortunatly due to the lack of access I confronted my ex and have been warned by the police to not contact her in any way, so can not discuss with her.

I intend to persue through the legal process as my only option.

Questions: do I need to apply for perental responsability before applying for access?
Where can I obtain the forms myself as I intend to represent myself?

Many thanks in advance and I will keep you posed on progress.

hi PK

Have a read of yoji's 'guide to representing yourself' at the top to this legal eagle section - that will give you a lot of the information you need for doing the work yourself - you can apply for PR at the same time as applying for contact.
