Ok so heres my problem. I have a daughter whos canadian, shes almost 2 years old, me and her mother (who is also canadian) Broke up. I'm actually English and live in ENgland, if/when i get access, am i able to have my daughter in England for say a certain time limit? or will ialways have to spend thousands of pounds to see her for a couple of weeks a year in canada? I've tried for ages to find out, but noone seems to know! thanks in advance!

I'm not sure on this, but I would have said that it would be more difficult to get contact in England rather than in her home country, and even if you did, you are almost certainly going to have to pay the costs of bringing your daughter over and sending her back.
