I am currently contacting the CSA to find out when my son is leaving school. He lives with his mum and her husband in Germany, he is in the Forces. Goes to a British school there in the garrison. I contacted the CSA 2 years ago as my son told me that he was leaving school. The answer I got back was that he is not leaving school. And all they did was call her to ask?? Now call me cynical but that isnt really proof that he is or not?? For all I know I have been paying for the past 2 years and she is having a merry time stringing the CSA along. What can I do to confirm this or like all the rest of things for absent fathers is just to take it on the chin and keep paying until he retires?? And if he has left school 2 years ago how can she be done for fraud? She lives in Germany and would probably get away with it although she is a british national. thank you.
