I am a Litigant In Person who has a court date. Woop, woop! It has come to my attention, throught a mutual friend (who I suspect is a "double agent") that my ex will be telling the court that my son is not safe to be with me, she has ticked the box on the form that has arrived from her Legal Aid people. I would dearly like to "head this off at the pass," would a call to her soliciter as a prompt to educate her client that this would really hurt the child, if he were not to have, the influence of a strong, positive male role model, ie his father in his life, do any good?

Also, you do not need to be Stephen Hawing to make the assumption that allegations of drink driving will be thrown about in the court to. How should I respond to this unfounded wickedness?

Higest Regards,

Brian

The drink driving allegations can be disputed if there is no police record of such. If she accuses you of alcohol abuse, then it depends on whether the court believe that it may be the case, in which case they can order a liver function test which will show persistent alcohol abuse (or lack of it) - if the court suggest it, even though it will cost you to have it done, I wouldn't argue the point otherwise the court will think you are trying to hide it.
