HI there

Can you advise, im going for my fact finding hearing at the end of jan.
The judge advised we would go through the allegations of harm.
HOwever th ex submitted two, one lot of allegations on the C1A and another schedule of allegations that was ordered.
Which one would the judge go through?
Also all the other statements that have been provided, do they not get taken into account?

I think you've spoken to the CCLC before haven't you? If so, it may be worth having another word with them as an update to what you have discussed previously.
