Annihilated!

Well at least she was lol.

Going back to my house tomorrow to collect my items including the large plasma and the PS3 lol (not to forget my teddy of 33 years).

Judge saw through all her lies and told her to keep quiet and stop interrupting.

She told her she see's through her allegations and the games she is playing.

She even impersonated her quivering lol

She has also ordered an interim contact order for the kids to be handed over to me directly as she sees hostility on one side only and said she doesnt care what my wife alleges CAFCASS are going to recommend. Even our childminder who I am paying by the hour for the entire contact despite just handing over the kids - has had enough of my wife and quit lol so the judge ordered her to hand the kids to me directly lol.

What I need now is consensus......should I write to CAFCASS??? She alleges that the CAFCASS was so concerned she would recommend supervised contact.

1) I want to ask if she has made this decision already without meeting me.
2) I would also like to inform her that there is now a court order to handover kids to me directly oweing to her false allegations
3) I intend to bring my social worker sister for moral support and to take notes (because the last officer wrote [censored] and had to retract his statement).

Hi Boycie,

Great job in court.

Proof that being straight and presenting the facts is the way to go.

With regards to your pionts here is my 2 cents; I would do all 3 but dont mention your sister is a social worker.

Regads,

Dave

Well done Boycie!

Concerning CAFCASS....if you are going to make contact with them it's probably better to wait until you have received the offending report. Your wife has proven herself to be dishonest and quite capable of lying, she may well be fabricating what the CAFCASS officer has said.

If you do contact them go above the officer and speak to her manager.

Taking your sister is a good idea and there's no need to reveal who she is....it's always best to keep your cards close to your chest.

You have made good progress, keep your cool!

Thank you everyone. Without the support of everyone in the forum I would have not got this far......

I am hoping this to be a turning point in my battle but also prove that it is possible to work towards justice.

That's a fantastic result - and not just for you and your children, but for the others on here who can see that honesty and persistence can pay off 😆

I think your judge should get an award of some sort - your account of the proceedings made me chuckle. 😆
