Hi There,

You should be able to address the judge yourself even if you have a solicitor.

Hi dd

..If theres something you feel you need to say to the judge and you dont feel you can stand up and speak, then you could write it down and have it passed to the judge or ask your solicitor to read it out for you....although you should try and address the court personally and speak from the heart as this will go in your favour. 🙂
