this is a good start (I wish idd had these before my hearings) but be aware to make sure that you prepare on the tactics of what you are likely to face by your ex or need to use yourself because positioning is important and how this can go for and against you depending on your circumatsnaces on the big day read the forum there are lots of posts showing the issues we have all faced as we are trying to prevent you from the cost and pain of the family court system which I suggest should be avoided with mediation (a pre - requesite anyway) or seperate family based agreements if at all possible
