i have been child support for 19 years.i was then told that i would have to pay for 1 other year.untill my son was 20years old.
after finding out that my son finish collage july 2011 and he is now a dad him self. baby was born january 2013..?
i sent all this info in the csa. asking why i still had to pay child support money.
the reply i got was that my case was now finish and i did not have to pay child support money 23 jan 2013?but i could still have to pay back dated money to the csa?????
the csa did not now anything about my son being at collage never mind what collage or when he finished collage over 1 half years ago.
whats the best thing to do any help welcome
Realistically, I think there is very little you can do - the CSA were never notified of any change in circumstances so they continue calculating the maintenance until the date they are notified.
