[Solved] broken court orders

Thanks for explaining your situation. Can you clarify whether you are actually regularly seeing your daughter? If not, what have the reasons been for the judge not allowing you to have some/more access? You mention the phone calls, is that all you've been granted for now?

my wife says i upset my daughter on the phone... i have the recorded messages to prove i dont... my wife is a compulsive liar... through out the 4 years of court my barrister proved time and time again that she had lied but it falls on def ears... i have a folder with all the proof i need but the judge just does not want to know...im an english man in a welsh court....if i had my oldbarrister with me this would never of happened... but as im acting in person im being taken advantage of...its all wrong...iv complained to the ojc but there replie was.......sorry we are unable to help with this matter as they cant overturn a judges decision.... thet will only act if the judge has been racist or has shouted at me lol.....there never going to admit there wrong .... they all stick together....this is all about my wife having a baby and a new fella in her life and im an inconveiance to her plans..... its as simple as that ....but when a compulsive liar sees that her lies are destroying my chances ... combined with a judge who dose not want to listen .. she becomes more invincerble.... i just need someone who will make the judge give me the time i need but as i can no longer afford to keep the light at the end of my tunnel on... iv no chance affording a barrister

Hi I feel for you . What i am going through is not quite as bad as you but similar . Even saw my daughter yesterday and you could see she was to scared to even say hello. what on earth the ex says to her I don't know, she was really happy last time she was with me. I also cant afford any more solicitors fees but ae having guidance off Mckenzie friends http://www.familylawdecisions.co.uk/ but there are many more out there without the solicitors fees and mine seems to be very good at present and given me a potential different tact.

I'm quite appalled by the way in which you appear to have been treated by the courts. This does seem to be down to an almost unbelievable reluctance by the court to impose penalties on the mother.

As you no longer have legal representation, I will ask for one of our friends at Coram Children's Legal Service to come by and advise you.

hey that would be great i know iv done nothing wrong, just tried to see my daughter and keep my son and his sister together . iv got 4 years of proof to show the judge but as he wont listen . it just gets worse every time this goes to court... i feel that the welsh courts have destroyed my relationshipwith us . i just need to find a way to make them give me the time of day....iv arranged an appointment to see my mp hopefully he will shed some light on this mater. and give me some peice of mind.... since feb my daughter has suffored a broken arm ... a broken nose and torn ligurments in her shoulder.... i tried to tell the judge this but again it fell on def ears....like its personal to him that my wife has him in her pocket.... il except any advice or helpi can get ........thanks for the replie

yes i am getting the same judge.. altho this has been going on since 2007 the judge did change 2 years ago as the origanal judge was on hols,

i was pleased with this as the first judge was a complete [censored] and he made it very clear that he didnt like me...i also called him an arsehole a few time along with my wifes barrister... not the done thing i guess but theres only so much a man can take ... when i got the new judge i thought it might be a turning point... no such luck.. it was almost like the first judge told him it was personal and to keep me frustrated....im not scared to tell them whats going on...and i have no prob telling him where hes failing.this is my daughter not his so il make as much noise as poss....i have 300 miles to drive for court....im only given a time period of 15/30 mins everytime i appear in court this is not enough time ...... last year i stood up pushed my chair in called the judge bios . told him he has no intrest listening to me so why set court dates that cost time and money if hes going to do nothing.... i left and half hour later he called me on my mobil phone whilst i was driving down the m4 moterway and was asking me to come back to court. he also told me he knows im frustrated and he can appreicate how stressfull this must be for me and my son....[censored] really... now 18 months on 2 more court dates since that day and surprise surprise im still not seeing my daughter........i know the system works because i won a residents order in the reading county court for my son 16 years ago when i was just a 22 year old lad. then prob one of the youngest lads to do that in this country. so i know that how im being treated in the welsh courtsis a far cry to how i was treated in the english courts.
im not going to get excited about seeing my mp i preapered for him to say what everyone else says (sorry whe cant get involved) but if anything im going to walk away from there leaving him apaulled with the stories i have for him. make him want to go home and cuddle his kids and think how lucky he is that he can do that....because i cant do that and iv been given no clear reason why yet.
hey i dont know if you have any questions you want me to put to my mp ..my cause is everyones and i go there not only for person gain but for all us dads..
anythink you feel might just get his attention,please feel free to send me any questions or issues you want me to raise with him and il do my best to get some answers maybe a pertition would be good a show of numbers.
