Hi can someone please confirm if this form is applicable in Scotland as went to court this morning and they have never heard of it?

Hi there,
I don't know what form you would need in Scotland but as far as i can see it is still a C100
I had a quick look and found some info that listed C100 for contact order.

As I said went to court office today and they have never heard of it?
So was just wondering if anyone can point me in right direction to head in Scottish courts?
If it is same format great, be good if someone could confirm this for me.

Babyreecesdaddy would know but you can contact the Scottish Childrens Legal Centre and they will tell you, as long as you dont have a solicitor they will be able to give you plenty of advice! Heres a link to their website -
