Obviously I am hoping to get a contact order establised through the courts but had a query with regard to the C100 form. The sticky is very helpful but I was wondering whether to enclose/attach correspondence that has occured between me and my ex regarding the access arangements (and reference it in section 7 a further background)?
If not at what point do I submit this to the court as I would hope the Judge might read it prior to the initial hearing ... or doe it not work like that?
Also, if I choose to represent myself initially, can I get a solicitor for the main hearing?

As Yoji says, you can use section 7 to tell the court about arrangements that were agreed or have broken down. You could tell them that you have written proof of the arrangements but I wouldnt attach that to the C100. The judge will have access to what you've written about the background to your case and will ask you questions in court.You will be given the opportunity to go over this in court and submit your proof then,and you can discuss it further in your Position Statement.
I'm sure you will be able to employ a solicitor or even better still a barrister for your final hearing.
