can you help me on something
i have my kids every other weekend
but the kids mum is making it hard for me to see them she is on about moving about 40 miles away and saying if i want to see the kids i am going to have to get them from where ever she moves too
i was told that she would by some friends that she would have to meet me half way as it is her that is move out of the area that we both live
can you tell me if this is true please

Unfortunately, if you go for a contact order, I would say that it is very unlikely that a court would order that she meets you halfway. At this stage, you are better trying mediation to see if anything can be sorted out without going to court.
Hi, my mate is a single dad, he meets his ex half way in dropping off and meeting (by court order), they both have cars. 😉
