Need some suggestions.....someone I know has residence of his children after the mother walked out.

She has since returned and attacked one of the kids and got arrested pending further investigations.

To avoid any further distrubances the resident father is seeking a non-mol order and maintenance from the CSA.

Both however will need an address to serve these on her.

How does he get an address if he doesnt know it - the police do, but are not obliged to be helpful?

I dont think he has the sort of wealth for a private detective.

The CSA should be able to sort this out regarding maintenance as they can get the information from HMRC or go for a deduction of earnings or payment directly from benefits.

Your friend also needs to claim child benefit if he isn't already doing so.
