Hi there im a newby and was woundering if any1 can help.My son and myself havent seen my grandaughter in almost a year not for the want of trying .My son and i have been waiitng for funding but every1 seems to be dragging there feet.we leanrt the other day she had her named changed to her mothers maiden name we have been told she cant even by deedpole even though she has and now been christened.the whole family is devistated all we have seen is a gorgeous picture.We all miss her so much but her mum is telling some dreadful lies and these have even been disproven by soliclitor and will tell in court but it has got to the point were my son broke down and cryed in tears what can i do to sort this mess out ive tryed to contact the mother she just doesnt want to no we have tryed mediation but she wont turn up she has also said if my son gets access she will leave the area i cant watch my son in pain no more im at my whits end please can some1 kindly offer assistance .thankyou .
