hello my ex is not allowing contact as she is accusing me of domestic violence, i have been seeing my son under supervision, 2 days a week for the last week doing this is killing me as i have been their since day one and have never hurt my ex or son my ex is 20 years old and i am 26 she acts so immature, making false accusations so she can take him away from me and do as she pleases their has been talk of mediation coming up but i just know she is going to make my life [censored] with that

she took everything out of our home and started seeing someone else before we split, she has told me she will have the last laugh, will the social increase my time and will i get him at home ? i am really missing him hes the apple of my eye, i just cannot believe what she has done

Dad-i-d...I dont think Raj has a C100 Contact Order in place, it sounds more like an agreement as part of the divorce/financial settlement. Is that right Raj? I seem to remember reading somewhere that this type of agreement is only valid for 12 months...I could be wrong. Anyone else know what the situation is when contact is agreed as part of a divorce settlement?
