I haven't seen my daughter since sep 2019. She is now 4 & 1/2
Her mother & i split in july 2019 following an incident where she harmed my daughter. She was placed on a child in need plan for 3 months, social set up regular contact with my daughter for me however after the social worker wanted me to have overnight stays her mother hmother stopped all the contact completly and basically vanished. I belive she still lives in the same area. I have tried to contact her mother, grandmother and via social services with no luck. They say as the case is closed theres nothing they can do and just give me details of services to contact. Feel like im being passed pillar to post. I have applied for a child arrangements order however they are yet to find her registered address.
What else can i do to be able to see my daughter? Appreciate any advice you can give me
Hi,
how long has it been since you applied for child arrangements? other than hiring a private investigator, I don't think there's other option than to keep checking with the court. They could make order for all authorities like police, DWP, social services to disclose her address to court.

Hi
She will be due to start school in Sept and therefore should now have a place, if you are named on the birth certificate you could try contacting local schools.
However, you will need to be mindful of approach to avoid raising any safe guarding issues (against you)..
Otherwise keep trying with the courts.
hi,
if you fear they may run off to Turkey, you could contact police and tell them your ex is flight risk, they might put out a port alert to stop her leaving with child.
