When paying child maintenance, and your in debt up to your elbows, does your maintenance come first before
your mortgage, Secured loans, and any CCJs, ????
If you rent your home out just to cover your mortgage, personal secured loan against your home, and any CCj debts, and you are not working and unable to sign on because you have a property, so in affect you have no disposable income, How do they calculate your maintenance payments ?????
I would appreciate an answer to this URGENTLY thank you for your time.
If you have no income at all, and you are not in receipt of benefits, then as far as I am aware, you would be assessed at the nil rate - you must have an income of less than 5 per week.
