February 2013. Proposals on enforcing court-ordered child arrangements. A summary of consultation responses and the Governments response.

www.media.education.gov.uk-assets-files-pdf-c-co-operative%20parenting%20following%20family%20separation%20proposals%20on%20enforcing%20court-ordered%20child%20arrangements.pdf

For some reason this doesn't link....it might if you google! Doh!

Try getting to it this way! :woohoo: !

www.education.gov.uk/aboutdfe/departmentalinformation/childrenandfamiliesbill/a00216607/family-justice-reform-cooperative-parenting

Scroll down to the last paragraph with the heading: consultation on shared parenting and enforcement, scoll down to last sentence and click on: response to the enforcement. Phew! 😆

I think it's a good document to quote from as it forms part of the Children and Families Bill thats going through its 3rd reading (might even be the 4th!) prior to being made an Act.

I'm glad you have found it useful Dad-I-d.
