Hi All,

New to this....and I am sure that this topic will have been covered many times before on this forum.

Can anyone give me advice on what I need to do to submit a Contact Order to the court to be able to see my daughter. My Ex wife is refusing all access.

I am self representing - so will need to know the process...

Very many thanks in advance.

Cheers

Marc

Hi Marc and welcome

Take a look at yoji's guide to representing yourself, it's a sticky topic at the top of the legal section - I think a lot of what you want should be in there, but ask if you need more information and we'll help where we can. In addition, since you are self representing, we can ask the CCLC (Coram Children's Legal Centre) to offer advice if necessary.
