i have found to my dissmay that allthough i have a court order stating i have daily acsess to my children my ex who has and still is breaking it along with breaking court directions can get away with it for as long as she likes untill the next custody hearing which is not for months , ive applied for an emegancy hearing but that will take weeks my children are very young and my ex has been leaving them with people who are unfit medically and unsuitable to look after them as i work nights they are supposed to be in nursary during the day but she has pulled them out to have them looked after by god knows who now so how can i stop this and how can i get my acsess back straite away , the court orderd her to provide a third party to which i drop the children off too at the end of my acsess as this third party quit after a month due to unsuitabillity my ex now has refused all acsess and wont adhear to the order in providing another third person aswell as stopping all of my acsess what can i do
