[Solved] court order

Hi all i wonder if anyone can help me ? can anyone tell me how log i have to keep paying my maintenance for if a court order is in place ? is it 18yrs old or until he finishes his full time education ??? he has to stay at schol until he is 18, does this mean when he finishes school i can finish paying maintenance ?

It could mean until they leave uni if they decide to go. Apperently it can be very vauge asto what they mean depending on the wording

Hi There,

Generally if a court order has been put into place to cover finances the court only have control for 12 months, check this before doing anything though.

Even if this is the case you will be liable to pay at the amount set out by CSA until you child leaves full time education at college level.
