Hi All,

I was living with my partner for 7 years and we were cohabiting. We have 3 small children. She does not want to sell the house that we jointly own and I do.

I understand that in order to force the sell of the house, I have to go to court? If that is the case does anyone know the form that I need to fill out in order to kick start this process?

Appreciate any help anyone can give me on this.

I am in England by the way if it affects the form that I have to fill out.

Hi,

I'm afraid that I'm not an expert on divorce law or property issues.

The best advice I can give you is to speak with a solicitor asap. Most legal firms offer a free initial 45 minute consultation, so maybe you could call a local firm and make an appointment?

Good luck!
