Well the day has arrived. we have had a cafcass report and yep, the mother has told lots of lies, my son has apparently been verbally abusive to her in front of his daughter !! not true. the mother has arranged that i pick her up, not my son because of the friction, soooo not true, i do it to protect my son as she threatened to call the police and was making up allagations. my son apparently is not capeable of having her overnight as he has not listened to her instuctions to aid development and routine, this is the [censored] women who insists we keep nappie on her when shes with us
cafcass have recommended they try mediation and both go to a spip . my son can not afford mediation, he is not entitled to legal aid and they live 100 mile apart. my nerves are shot
today has been horrid, horrid horrid, to the point I hate women , I have seen grown men cry today, I have heard a barristor, behind me tell this dad to accept indirect contact, a post card on a friday he was gutted, another women [censored] bent on destroying a soul. Our case going to be heard in feb , she skipped out of court laughing, we cant take my grandaughter to my home, not even for the day, she as offered her home, she will go out, so we are now imprisinoned, some people may think thats ok, but it gone backwards. so we have to sit in her house for 7 hours, the legal worker said that was nice of her !!!! the cafcass wrote my son had verbally abused her on the report , but then then the mother told her she had misinterpreted what she had said , so this will be taken out, she said sorry to have caused upset. Every thing we put forward out of the court room, the cafcas said it was a great idea, the mother just said no, citing the same reasons. I hate her, her smug face when she came out , she had won , so she thinks. she apparently has found free mediation, how interesting I will let you know about that one. what a [censored] farce

sorry to hear of your plight. very distressing for all. I am 110% up for a rally! All of us need to have a unified voice.
just a thought....if you're looking for a voice isn't that what Fathers4Justice trying to do? maybe worth contacting them as they are looking to get more rights for us fathers!
we should do something , its no wonder the uk is falling to bits , Im a women and hate what they are doing, its not all women but there does seem to be a lot of them out there, so evil so controlling. We are seeking legal advise before next hearing, I want to see the smug smirk wiped off her face
Well i for one am seriously considering joining the Fathers4Justice campaining for 2013 onwards....no one else seems to be doing anything and they do seem to be fighting for what most of the dads on here are....reasonable unristricted time with our kids....and for the people who prevent that to answer for their actions.
What these so called mothers of our children are doing is nothing short of cruel....its child abuse.....mental child manipulation for their own twisted way to get back at their childs dad for daring to challenge them or daring to leave them!
Im joining, its £20 I will try anything to help my son. will get a cat women outfit so i can scratch her eyes out
seriously though, this is what needs to be done. a rally to get it into the headlines. fathers for justice is good, but more pro active work needs to be done. this situation really needs pushing home to the country.
not sure if we are allowed to , we might get done for inciting a riot, think after the miners strikes werent the laws changed so you couldnt hang around in large group. I know the unions did the big teachers marches, to be honest I havent a clue, but so want to SHOUT ABOUT IT !!!
