i recevered a letter from the csa saying i owe them alot of money but when i phone them up to find out why i fail the security qestions well how am i ment to sort it out if they will not talk. i have the wane through the courts 3-4 nights but yet i owe them a lot of money can anyone help

Think your best bet is to write to them or email and expalin your situation with regards your security settings, maybe they will send a link to reset them. i know how frustrating it must be but they are doing there job. I think as well csa are going through a lot of change themselfs, it looks like there trying to claim as much money as possible before 2014 when it is being scrapped

if they continue to be a pain get your MP to speak with them....i've heard from a colleague that they seem to respond to MPs (oh and mothers!!) better than they do the father they're chasing for money!!!
