hi,my name is matt

im after some advice on the amount i pay for 1 child,even though i have a son who is nearly 3yrs old,and i also support him.the csa are not interested,and will not lower my payments from £515 per month for my 13yr old daughter.i am just being ignored by phone and email,and it seems they are a law unto themselves.there is always excuses,and ive had enough of it all now.can anybody suggest my next route of action to resolve this matter to bring my payments down??

Hi Matt,

I have been through the grinder with this shower and I agree fully it is very frustrating.

I would suggest making a Subject Access Request.
Within 40 days, the CSA will be legally obliged to submit a copy of all information held about you. This will include how they calculated the money you should pay.
You will need to pay a fee of £10 for them to process the data but it's well worth it.
