I Really Need Some Advice, If My Baby Mother Abandoned Myself And My Son Can I Get Full Custody Of My Son?
Hi, when you say IF, is it likely she will do so or just threatening because of a row. How old is your son ? has she got post natel depression. If you are having relationship problems have you thought of relate and trying to sort things out.It could just be a cry for help.
As for your question, if she did leave you could go to court and get a residency order but the Mum would still be allowed some sort of contact . Hope you can sort things out .
