hi all waiting on legal aid then going for custudy of my boys on the grounds of she keeps moving from friends to family so kids getting moved all the time and her friends house that she at the moment as dragged my son across the room are these good enogh grounds or will she just wlk all over me aint seen my boys for 4 weeks now and i live in the family home any advise pls
It certainly sounds as though she cannot provide a stable home for them - are you able to do so in the family home? If so, I would say there is certainly a chance.
In the meantime, it may be worth reading yoji's "guide to representing yourself" at the top of the legal eagle section and to apply for a contact order as soon as possible. Also, from another Dad's comments on here, don't wait on your solicitor pushing for legal aid, chase it up yourself, it sound's like it will be much quicker this way.
