i am a dad n my ex has stopped me from seeing my child i have been to see my solicitor but i could not get her my ex self harms n take drugs n has postnatel deppression n nobody will listen to me. my ex is now with her ex who used to beat her up n set her on fire now y should my daughter not come to her farther when the mother has health problems
If your daughter is in danger (physical or emotional) then you need to get Social Services involved, as they should be working to protect her. As far as your solicitor is converned, you need to be applying for a contact order at the least, and I would say it's worth looking at applying for a residence order.
you need C100 form and c1a form get social services involved ........... as said above.
allways be nice to yr ex (even if she is a [censored]) this will come in handy later 😉
