i am currently preparing an appeal with the CSA against the amount of maintenance assessed.
part of my issue with them is that, during one year, my daughter only attended college for a couple of weeks and then left home for 4/5 months. The parent with care is my ex partner. She has lied about this to the CSA. As the CSA cannot get these records they advised me to contact the benefits agency which i did. I was told they would get these records ..sept 2011...but they have done nothing. The college will not give them to me ...data protection....I cannot afford a solicitor. Can anyone help me here please? thanx
