A problem has arisen with the agreements of my divorce that i sorted out 4 yrs ago. When first sorted out I put in to the divorce that we were to have my children every wed & fri and every other sat as well which worked for a while then as time has gone on both myself and my ex changed arrangements every time its suited either of us. Now she wants to go back to the original agreement. Seeing as we both have broke the original agreement do i have to go back to it or something similar. At the same time as all this i don't want to be seen as not wanting my children.

Basically, the original agreement is still in force as it hasn't been superceded at all. Either of you can go back to the court to vary the contact arrangements, though at this stage, it may be worth seeing if you can come to a mediated solution first.
