Do courts take the children's act into consideration? I know its meant for social workers etc...
but can i 'quote' out of it in court?

When I applied for custody, I thought that my child should have had a solicitor. She was only 2 years old, but when its both adults against each other, who is acting on behalf of the child?

I think that's where CAFFCASS are meant to be - speaking on behalf of the child
