Hi all,

Back in for a CWH tomorrow and it will be continued for another 2 weeks as the report isn't quite ready.

So as to prepare myself, it would be appreciated if someone could let me see a copy of a bar report so I have a feeling of how it is laid out and what would typically be included.

Thanks Nanny,

Tomorrow was meant to be D-day for the report, however it needs continued for another 2 weeks. Would be nice to see one in the flesh as it's a terrifying thought this report!

I think its the same as a CAFCASS report here, dont they have to give you a copy of their report before they submit it to the court anyway, as they do in England?

Have you been interviewed by the bar reporter?

A question for you Brd....one of the Scottish posters has been to the court and asked for a C100 form and they said they didnt know what he was talking about. Is the C100 form known by a different name in Scotland? I directed him to the sclc but just thought I'd ask you as you know a lot about the Scottish side of things!

There is no such thing as the C100.

Up here we use an 'initial writ' which is a very bland document used for any type of civil case. It's more of a formal letter format, nothing like a form.

I've been interviewed, the case was continued for 2 weeks today as it's not quite ready. He will be visiting my home on Wednesday but he will send the report to the clerk and forwarded onto my solicitor to which I'll get a copy.

So may 3rd is D-day.
