Hi all!

I am new here but I have been trying to find help on how to enforce a newly issued Contact Order to another Eu country.

I will explain:

We were issued a Contact Order in the UK but missus and the kids are relocating to another EU country.
After the order was finalized, the Judge gave me a document and told me that I have to enforce it in the other EU country.

How do I do that?
Do I need a solicitor there? Can I do it myself?

Also, how long does it take the court to send the Order to me?

I want to be ready as the relocation is imminent and I do not want to be cought by any surprises again.

I'll ask the cclc whether they can advise or whether you need a solicitor.
