Hi Gang,

I have a date for an Enforcement Directions Hearing this Thursday.

A Contact Centre have just E Mailed me an Application form to start the process. So my ex has only instructed them in the last few days as the Court Date is "just around the corner". Talk about taking it to the brink and playing silly power games!!!

I would very much still like to keep the date as I would like to demonstrate to the court what she is like so the court are aware of her behaviour should she start playing her games in the future.

Is she obliged to still attend the hearing as she has now started the process of the Contact Centre albeit at the 11th hour.

Kindest Regards,

Brian

Hi Brian

Not sure about this - it might be worth giving the court a ring to see what they say.
